To ensure customer peace of mind when using our services, TechMatrix has acquired the international standard certification ISO/IEC 27001 and domestic standard certification JIS Q 27001 for information security management systems, and have updated our services to comply with the JIS Q 27001:2023 standard in 2024. We have also acquired the cloud service security standard certification, ISO27017. In addition, we have acquired Information Disclosure Certification for Safety and Reliability of ASP / SaaS (Certification No. 0092-1003) from the Japan Cloud Industry Association, providing third-party assurance of our service reliability. Our cloud services have maintained a service operation rate of 99.995% or more since service  began, highlighting their high availability.

This approach gives customers the optionality to opt for the solution that best suits their needs. For example, if cloud services are not an option due to infrastructure limits, companies are advised to use the on-premises type service. To save on IT infrastructure expenses, we recommend  using the cloud type service. The flexibility to choose the solution that best suits the business environment is a key strength of FastSeries.
