TechMatrix Corporation <\/a>(Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO Takashi Yuri;”Tecmatrix”) today announced that it entered into a capital and business alliance with Mobilus Corporation <\/a>(Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO Tomohiro Ishii; “Mobilus”)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Purpose and Reason for Capital and Business Alliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TechMatrix has a strong presence in the field of solutions for contact centers, offering the FastSeries contact center CRM system\/FAQ knowledge system, which boasts one of the top installations in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobilus works to improve the operational efficiency of contact centers through the development and delivery of the MOBI Series, including MOBI AGENT and MOBI BOT, as well as Secure Path, a secure communications feature certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the security standard for the credit card industry. In order to provide even higher value-added services, Mobilus is implementing new functions using generative AI in “MooA”, a set of AI functions developed in-house as operator support functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although both companies provide contact center solutions, their areas of competition are limited and their products can complement each other. In addition, in the contact center solutions market, which is undergoing a period of change with the emergence of AI, the mutual provision of sales and marketing capabilities, technological expertise, and know-how that both companies have cultivated will greatly enhance the competitiveness of both companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considering this, TechMatrix has decided to form a capital and business alliance with Mobilus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Outline of Capital and Business Alliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000Techmatrix plans to acquire all 521,400 shares of Mobilus common stock (8.73% of Mobilus’ total outstanding shares) held by NTT COMWARE Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masato Kuroiwa). The acquisition is expected to close on January 19, 2024. In connection with this acquisition, Tecmatrix and Mobilus will form a capital and business alliance to develop the businesses of both companies and increase their corporate value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000(Major Business Alliances)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000\u30fbMobilus provides its MOBI Series products to TechMatrix on an OEM basis
\u3000\u30fbMutual transfer of customers of both companies
\u3000\u30fbDevelopment of product integration between FastSeries and MOBI series
\u3000\u30fbJoint research and service development in the area of generative AI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000TechMatrix and Mobilus intend to collaborate in various areas in addition to the above partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
